A: 30 days from the date of purchase, homExpressions LLC will replace this shade with a same kind of shade of equal or superior value, if this shade is found to be defective in material or workmanship.

Q: What does my warranty NOT cover?
A: This warranty does not cover the removal, installation or reinstallation of any shade. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from installation, improper use, alteration, commercial use, or acts of God.

Q: How do I obtain the warranty service?
A: Return the shades, along with proof of date of purchase, your return address (no P.O. boxes please) and a brief description of the problem. Send postage prepaid to the address below. homExpressions LLC will repair or, at our option, replace the shades and return them to you postage paid.
